Jovi brings a wealth of experience across payments, banking-as-a-service, and digital assets, with a proven track record of building and scaling businesses that bridge the gap between traditional banking and the evolving world of digital assets.

Why is Jovi the right person for the job?
Jovi’s career has been defined by innovation at the intersection of payments and digital assets. With over 15 years in financial services and fintech, he has led teams through scaling challenges, regulatory complexities, and high-growth environments that directly align with ONE.io’s objective to simplify global payments and digital asset access.
Most recently, Jovi served as CEO of Vault, a B2B platform enabling banks, fintechs, and crypto businesses to launch financial products rapidly. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Unlimit as Managing Director of BaaS and later UK Board Director, where he spearheaded global infrastructure and payment solutions. His earlier career included roles at Solaris (formerly Contis), Trade Ledger, and advisory work at Xcina Consulting, giving him a broad understanding of payments, compliance, and scaling platforms across multiple geographies.
This blend of payments, BaaS, and crypto expertise is directly relevant to ONE.io toward building a seamless financial ecosystem for businesses operating across borders and in industries underserved by traditional banking.

Jovi’s leadership style is rooted in solving real-world frictions for clients. Whether simplifying access to digital assets, scaling infrastructure to support institutional trading, or improving operational efficiency across payment networks, he has consistently delivered solutions that drive growth and inclusion. Reflecting on his appointment, Jovi shared:
